Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences relies on comm:unications

The PR agency comm:uncations in Vienna consults Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences, the famous Austrian brand with 26 four and five star hotels and apartment complexes in seven European countries, since February. The objective of the collaboration is to support the hotel group’s repositioning with a clear focus on the leisure sector.

The aim of the rebranding process of the Falkensteiner group, managing more than 26 hotels in the four and five star segment and three apartment complexes, is to offer ideal holiday moments – through perfect hotels for every stage of life. The process of strategic brand positioning was already started in 2018. Thereby Falkensteiner focusses on leisure hotels and interactions with their guests.

Katharina Riedl and Susanne Posch, in charge of media relations at Falkensteiner, got the Viennese PR agency on board: „Our new approach to our brand requires innovative communication strategies. When it came to choosing an agency, comm:unications convinced with their comprehensive experience and a very pro-active approach”, says Riedl.

Within the brand Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences the hotel group markets 4.700 rooms, more than 1,7 million of overnight stays and takes a managed profit of 180 million Euro. The new brand process ensures to cluster the hotels in four travel motivation themes – „active“, „pleasure“, „entertainment“ and „slow down“.
